The larger your estate, the higher the plan tier. The covered scope is set out clearly in the contract: an undeclared workstation isn’t covered by default.
Level of criticality
A server, a NAS or a strong continuity requirement points towards Pro or Premium rather than Essential. Managed security is calibrated to your real level of dependence.
Starting condition
A healthy environment gets going quickly. A heavily degraded one may need a scoped clean-up first — identified at the Diagnostic stage, never mid-way through.

The Diagnostic avoids quoting in the dark. It puts hard numbers on your risks and your real scope, so we can recommend the right plan — and it’s deducted in full from your first month if you take out a Serenity plan within 30 days.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The rates on this page are public. Anything outside the plan — a project, an out-of-scope emergency, travel beyond 40 km, a non-standard situation — is stated and costed before any work is committed.
One-off or plan: how do I choose?
For a single need, a one-off intervention is enough, with a clear scope and a minimum charge. As soon as your business genuinely depends on its IT, a plan works out cheaper than a string of interventions — and it acts before the incident, not just after.
Why show prices excl. and incl. VAT?
The excl. VAT figure is the reference for professionals who reclaim VAT; the incl. VAT figure (VAT at 20 %) is the amount actually paid. Both are shown to remove any ambiguity at quote time.
Do you really do development?
Yes: showcase websites, web, business and mobile apps. It’s a complementary activity — never our core business — handled by the same point of contact as your maintenance, with a detailed quote for each project.
Do you work outside Poitiers?
On-site within 40 km of Poitiers, then 0.70 €/km round trip. Remotely, across mainland France. Work is by appointment: the address is administrative, with no walk-in reception.
