Single point of contact · On-site within 40 km of Poitiers · Remote across mainland France
Entrust your IT — stop enduring it.
Managed IT means delegating the supervision, maintenance and security of your systems to a single point of contact. The goal isn’t to multiply call-outs: it’s to make sure the things that matter no longer rest on last-minute urgency, memory or goodwill. Security and continuity come first.
See it before it breaks
Supervision of your systems, access and backups. Weak signals are dealt with before they turn into outages — quietly, every day.
Keep it running
Updates, workstation upkeep, troubleshooting and repair covered within the plan — Windows 11 upgrades, data recovery within scope.
Reduce your exposure
Two-factor authentication, anti-ransomware supervision, backups that are actually tested: a high security posture and a reduced attack surface.
What Fixery takes care of.
A clear, ongoing relationship, sized for a small organisation — enough structure to remove the blind spots, without needless overhead.
- Systems supervision: workstations, access, backups and incidents tracked over time.
- User support during business hours, with everyday requests prioritised.
- Security updates and failure prevention across the covered scope.
- Regular checks of your existing backups — never assumed reliable without verification.
- Documentation of configurations and critical procedures.
- Advice on hardware, software and licensing; coordination with your suppliers and vendors.
Fixery works with demanding professionals — not a repair-shop counter, not consumer break-fix. The scope always stays explicit: what’s included is written down, nothing is left implicit.
Recurring, project, urgent, out of scope.
The strength of healthy managed IT is naming each situation clearly. You always know what the plan covers, what belongs to a project, and what falls outside the frame.
| Category | What it covers | How it’s handled |
|---|---|---|
| Recurring | Supervision, maintenance, updates, verified backups, everyday support. | Included in the plan, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm). |
| Project | Migration, network overhaul, a change of tooling, a new site or application. | Scoped under a dedicated quote, outside the recurring plan. |
| Urgent | A critical incident with major impact on your activity or access to a business-critical tool. | Priority handling based on your plan, during business hours — with no promise of instant resolution. |
| Out of scope | Undeclared or non-standard environments, obsolete hardware, risky practices. | Flagged as early as the Diagnostic: a caveat, a surcharge or an exclusion, never a grey area. |
No wording is ever used to quietly widen the scope — and we never make open-ended, blanket promises.
Three steps, no grey areas.
We don’t commit blind. The recommended starting point is the Diagnostic: it puts hard facts on the table before any contract.
Diagnostic
An audit of your systems, security posture and backups. €290 excl. VAT, 2 to 3 hours on-site, report within 5 business days — deductible from your first month if you then take out a plan within 30 days.
Scoping & setup
Inventory of the scope, the access required, critical points and exclusions. A minimal backup check and initial documentation lay a sound foundation.
Ongoing supervision
The relationship becomes regular: supervision, maintenance, managed security and concise progress reports, under a single point of contact who knows your context.
One point of contact, one clear scope.
No anonymous call centre, no being passed between providers. The same person knows your systems, your habits and your business constraints.
- You never explain your context twice.
- A direct answer during business hours, within the covered scope.
- Coordination with your hosts, carriers, software vendors and other providers.
- Professional insurance: professional liability, cyber risk and legal protection cover.

What business owners ask us.
What does Fixery managed IT include?
The scope depends on your needs: supervision, maintenance, verified backups, managed security, documentation, incident tracking, advice and coordination with your suppliers. Everything is written into the contract, with no grey areas.
Do I have to commit long-term?
The Serenity plans run for 12 months, to build a stable relationship. But nothing binds you before that: the €290 Diagnostic requires no recurring contract, and you decide afterwards with full clarity.
Can you work with my current providers?
Yes. Fixery coordinates with your host, your carrier, your software vendors and other technical parties. That coordination doesn’t transfer responsibility for a third-party service we don’t control.
Is this only for larger organisations?
No — quite the opposite. Fixery managed IT is designed for independent professionals, small firms and practices of 1 to 20 workstations, with or without a server, that depend on their IT without having an in-house team.
Where do you operate?
On-site within 40 km of Poitiers — Grand Poitiers, Buxerolles, Chasseneuil-du-Poitou, Migné-Auxances, Saint-Benoît and the Vienne (travel is billed beyond that) — and remotely across mainland France. Visits are by appointment: the address is administrative, with no walk-in reception.
What happens in a critical incident?
Priority handling based on your plan, during business hours, within the covered scope. The terms are defined in advance, with no promise of an absolute result.
