Yes. The Fixery Diagnostic (€290 excl. VAT) is fully deducted from your first month if you take out a Serenity plan within 30 days of the Diagnostic.
How long before I receive the report?
The structured, prioritised PDF report is delivered within 5 business days of the on-site visit (2 to 3 hours).
Do I need to prepare anything?
Nothing mandatory. Access to your workstations and a point of contact who knows your tools are enough. We adapt to how you work, without disrupting your business any more than necessary.
Do you work on site or remotely?
The Diagnostic takes place on site, up to 40 km around Poitiers; beyond that, travel is billed at €0.70 / km round trip. Preparation and debrief exchanges can take place remotely, anywhere in mainland France.
