IT for
medical practices in Poitiers
Protected health data, workstations that hold up, care that never stops.
Fixery supports doctors, dentists, physiotherapists and multidisciplinary practices across Poitiers and the Vienne: stronger data protection, reliable backups and continuous access to your practice software — with a single point of contact.
A single point of contact · On site within 40 km of Poitiers · Remotely across mainland France
A practice at a standstill
means patients left waiting.
A workstation that won’t start before the first appointment. A backup you assume is reliable but have never tested. A booby-trapped email opened between two consultations. In a practice, an incident costs you straight away.
- Health data is among the most sought-after: a leak exposes your patients as much as your own liability.
- Since 14 October 2025, Windows 10 is no longer supported: an entire practice fleet can remain exposed.
- Cyber-insurers now require multi-factor authentication, anti-ransomware supervision and genuinely tested backups.
These risks are real. They are also avoidable — provided you act before, not after.

Three demands we know well.
A healthcare practice depends on IT that is reliable and confidential. Three priorities come up every time — and guide everything we put in place.
Health data protected
Controlled access on a least-privilege basis, hardened workstations, secure email and GDPR good practice applied to the practice’s daily routine.
Workstations that hold up
Your practitioners shouldn’t lose time on a machine that lags or crashes. We keep the fleet healthy, up to date and supervised.
Access to your tools
Practice management software, online booking, patient records: access must stay available and backups must be genuinely restorable.
What Fixery puts in place.
Two complementary strands: verifiable security and ongoing maintenance, within the scope set in your contract. No empty promises — a high security posture and a reduced attack surface.
Security & compliance
A high posture, verifiable and maintained over time.
- Hardening of workstations and administrator access, on a least-privilege basis.
- Verified backups and genuinely tested restores.
- Authenticated, anti-spoofing email (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- GDPR good practice tailored to how the practice runs.
Maintenance & support
A monitored fleet, a single point of contact — never an anonymous call centre.
- Fleet supervision and security updates.
- Responsive support during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm).
- Coordination with your practice-software vendors.
- Clear documentation of your environment.
Your practice software
Online calendars and practice software (Doctolib, Weda, Julie…) are supported within the agreed scope. We don’t develop or host these tools: we make the environment around them dependable — workstations, network, backups, access — and coordinate with your vendors. Fixery strengthens your practice’s security without claiming certified health-data hosting (HDS) or absolute compliance.
It all starts with a Diagnostic.
An audit of your fleet, your security level and your backups. A clear map of the risks, with costed and prioritised recommendations — to set a clear path forward, with no commitment.
€290 excl. VAT (€348 incl. VAT) · 2–3 h on site · report within 5 business days
- Audit of the fleet, security and backups.
- A map of the risks and watch-points specific to your practice.
- Costed, prioritised recommendations: critical, important, useful.
- Fully deductible from your first month if you take out a Serenity plan within 30 days.
Once protected, your practice stays at ease.
After the Diagnostic, a plan matched to your size. For a practice, Essential (up to 4 workstations) and Pro (5 to 10 workstations) cover the vast majority of needs: supervision, managed security, verified backups and support during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm). 12-month term, always with an explicit scope.

Your practice’s security, in detail.

Your questions, before you even call us.
How do you protect health data?
We apply defence in depth tailored to the practice: least-privilege access, hardened workstations, authenticated email, encrypted backups with tested restores, and support for GDPR good practice. We never promise zero risk, but a high posture that is verifiable and maintained.
Do you host our health data (HDS)?
No. Hosting health data is the job of an HDS-certified host, often provided through your practice-software vendor. Our role is to secure the surrounding environment — workstations, network, backups, access — and to coordinate exchanges with your providers.
Do you work with my practice management software?
We maintain the workstations, network and backups, and we coordinate exchanges with your software vendor — whether that’s Weda, Julie, Doctolib or another tool. We don’t replace the vendor, but we make the whole environment around it dependable.
Do you come on site in Poitiers?
Yes, by appointment, in Poitiers, across Grand Poitiers and the Vienne (within 40 km, then €0.70/km round trip beyond). Much of the follow-up is also handled remotely, anywhere in mainland France. The address is administrative, with no walk-in reception.
What happens if an incident brings you to a halt?
Incidents are handled during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm), with a priority level based on your plan. The aim is to restore access to your clinical tools as quickly as possible, within the scope covered by your contract.
Protect your practice before the incident.
