Your IT,
under continuous supervision.
Your IT should never let you down.
Three Serenity plans to stay protected day to day: supervision, managed security and verified backups, on a predictable budget. In Poitiers and remotely across mainland France.
12-month term · Business hours Mon–Fri 9am–6pm · Scope always explicit
Once you’re protected, you stay at ease.
Recurring work is continuity: supervision runs quietly every day, so the incident never happens. Three levels to match your size and your stakes — a 12-month term, support during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm), within the covered scope.
Essential
€390 /mo excl. VAT · €468 incl. VAT
Keep a small organisation healthy, monitored and secure, with a single point of contact.
- Baseline supervision of the covered estate.
- Remote support during business hours.
- Security updates and verified backups.
- 1 on-site visit per quarter if needed.
Pro
€690 /mo excl. VAT · €828 incl. VAT
Secure and support a team that genuinely depends on its IT.
- Everything in Essential, plus enhanced supervision.
- Centralised anti-ransomware / EDR according to the chosen stack.
- Twice-yearly security audit.
- Priority handling during business hours.
Premium
from €1,290 /mo excl. VAT · on quote
Run a more critical environment, with a strong continuity requirement.
- Everything in Pro, plus server or NAS supervision.
- Enhanced backup monitoring and a documented continuity plan.
- Quarterly strategic review and fuller reporting.
- Priority scoping of critical incidents.
Every plan covers an explicit scope: the workstations, services and usage actually included in the contract. A workstation, server or NAS that isn’t declared is never covered by default. We never promise open-ended, all-you-can-use support — we spell out what’s included, during business hours.

Recurring, project, emergency, out of scope.
A plan covers the recurring work. The rest exists too — but it’s kept distinct, scoped and priced separately, so there’s never a grey area.
Recurring
Maintenance, supervision, monitoring, day-to-day support and regular checks: the core of the plan, during business hours, within the covered scope.
Project
Migration, network overhaul, tooling change, a new site, a significant change: scoped by a dedicated quote, separate from the plan.
Emergency
A critical incident with a heavy impact on your activity: handled as a priority according to your level, during business hours, within the covered scope — with no implied 24/7 on-call.
Out of scope
Anything not declared in the contract, or belonging to a non-standard or undocumented environment: identified from the outset, then scoped separately.
The scope is always explicit.
Workstations, users, server or NAS, services and usage: we write down what’s included, what counts as a project and what falls outside the frame. An overly degraded environment may call for a remediation first — spotting it before any commitment is exactly the job of the Diagnostic.
Three criteria to decide.
The right level depends above all on your number of workstations, how much you rely on IT day to day, and the real cost of an interruption.
Your size
Up to 4 workstations, Essential is enough. From 5 to 10, move to Pro. Beyond 10 workstations, aim for Premium.
Daily use
Occasional use is fine with baseline monitoring. A team that depends on its tools every day needs the enhanced supervision and managed security of Pro.
Server & continuity
As soon as a server or NAS comes into play, or genuinely critical continuity is at stake, Premium brings the continuity plan and oversight to match.
It all starts with a Diagnostic.
For every new client, it’s the recommended entry point: put hard numbers on the risks, set the framework and choose the right plan — knowingly, before any commitment.
€290 excl. VAT (€348 incl. VAT) · 2–3 h on site · PDF report within 5 business days
- Audit of your estate, security posture and backups.
- Risk mapping and identification of out-of-standard points.
- Costed, prioritised recommendations: critical, important, useful.
- Fully deducted from your first month if you subscribe to a Serenity plan within 30 days.
What a plan covers — and what it doesn’t.
Is the Diagnostic required before a plan?
It’s the recommended entry point for any new client: it sets a clear framework and objectifies the risks. Its price (€290 excl. VAT) is fully deducted from your first month if you subscribe to a Serenity plan within 30 days.
Is support open-ended?
No, and we never present it that way. Support and supervision take place during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, Paris time), within the covered scope. What’s included is written down; the rest is set apart and scoped.
Can I change plans along the way?
Yes. If your organisation grows or your needs change — more workstations, a server, a stronger continuity requirement — we move the plan up to the right level, within the terms set in the contract.
What isn’t included in a plan?
Projects (migration, network overhaul), out-of-scope emergencies, unplanned servers or NAS, and custom development are separate from the recurring work. They’re scoped and priced separately, in full transparency.
Why a 12-month term?
Preventive maintenance delivers over time: continuous supervision, backups that are genuinely verified, security that holds. A 12-month term makes that continuity possible and your budget predictable.
What happens in a critical incident?
Priority handling according to your plan, during business hours, within the covered scope. Everything is defined in advance: no implied 24/7 on-call and no absolute-result promise.
Let’s find the right plan for your organisation.
Two paths, the same peace of mind: book a call, or start with the Diagnostic to choose knowingly.
