Our approach to availability

We monitor the availability of our public services so we can detect an interruption quickly and put it right. The goal is simple: the site, the contact form and appointment requests should stay reachable whenever you need them.

Some components rely on third-party providers — Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. Their availability can depend on these providers, which we coordinate but cannot control ourselves.

This page does not publish a quantified service-level commitment. It reflects the observed state of our public services, updated whenever a significant incident occurs or is resolved.
