See clearly, set the frame,
make it last.
Your IT should never let you down.
Dependable IT is never improvised. Here is how Fixery works, step by step — from the first diagnostic to long-term supervision. A single point of contact, an explicit scope, documented decisions — to act before the outage, not just repair after it.
Single point of contact · On-site within 40 km of Poitiers · Remote across mainland France
A method with a single goal:
keeping you secure and running.
A workstation that won’t boot on a Monday morning, a backup no one ever tested, a suspicious email you would rather not open. Every step of our method exists to prevent the incident — or to clear its consequences as fast as possible.
We act before the outage, before the attack, before the data loss.
From first assessment to lasting support.
Six steps, one clear trajectory. Nothing left implicit: at each step you know what’s done, what’s covered, and what comes next.
Diagnostic
An audit of your equipment, your security posture and your backups. A map of the risks, non-standard points flagged, costed and ranked recommendations — critical, important, useful.
Scoping & onboarding
Covered scope, exclusions and the required access set out in black and white. Inventory, a basic backup check and initial documentation: the foundation of a collaboration with no grey areas.
Hardening & setup
Hardening, two-factor authentication, anti-ransomware supervision, backups that are genuinely tested. We reduce the attack surface before the incident, not after.
Supervision & maintenance
The quiet, steady work: security updates, verified backups, troubleshooting and repair covered within the plan, support during business hours.
Review points
Clear reporting at regular intervals: topics handled, backup status, notable incidents, upcoming priorities. You keep visibility without having to think about it.
Evolving needs
When a need goes beyond the recurring work — migration, network overhaul, a new website or business application — we scope a separate project, by quote. Few providers combine managed IT, cybersecurity and development under one point of contact; Fixery does, and keeps development complementary.
At every step,
the same commitments.
Whatever the step — diagnostic, setup or ongoing support — the way we work doesn’t change.
The method rests not on a tool but on a discipline: the same in the first hour as a year in. That’s what makes IT clear, sustainable and durable.
- A single point of contact — you never explain your situation twice.
- An explicit scope — what’s included, what counts as a project, what falls outside the frame.
- Documented decisions — nothing implicit, no grey areas, a trajectory in writing.
- We treat the cause, not the symptom — to remove the risk of recurrence for good.
Recurring, project, urgent, out of scope.
Four situations, never blurred together. It’s what makes an honest quote and a sustainable plan possible — without ever over-promising.
- Recurring — supervision, maintenance, ongoing follow-up and regular checks, support during business hours. The heart of the plan.
- Project — migration, network overhaul, a new website or business application, a change of tooling: scoped by a detailed quote.
- Urgent — a critical incident with a serious impact on your business: priority handling according to your plan, during business hours, within the covered scope — with no promise of instant resolution.
- Out of scope — anything not covered, or belonging to a non-standard, undeclared or undocumented environment: identified, documented, then reframed.
An explicit scope, in black and white
What’s included, what constitutes a project, what calls for priority handling, what falls outside the frame: all of it is written down before we act. A non-standard environment — undocumented production Linux, a poorly maintained legacy server, multi-site setups — is identified at the diagnostic stage, documented, then scoped.
It all starts with a Diagnostic.
The method begins here: an audit of your equipment, your security posture and your backups. A clear map of the risks, costed and prioritised recommendations — to set a sharp trajectory.

Where do we start?
With the Diagnostic. It gives an objective picture of your IT, prioritises the actions and serves as a clear basis for decision-making — one-off, plan or project. It’s the recommended starting point for any new collaboration.
Do I have to commit for the long term?
The Diagnostic and one-off interventions come with no commitment. The Serenity plans are built to last (12-month commitment): supervision and maintenance only make sense over time.
My environment is a mess. Is that a dealbreaker?
No, but we say so from the start. An environment that’s too disordered may call for a preliminary audit or a clean-up project before recurring support begins — rather than discovering it along the way.
How do you handle a critical incident?
With priority handling according to your plan, during business hours, within the covered scope. Everything is defined in advance, with no empty promises — and we treat the cause, not just the symptom, to prevent recurrence.
Will you take over IT already managed by another provider?
Yes, after a diagnostic. It sets the starting point, identifies the non-standard elements and frames the handover. A prior clean-up is sometimes necessary; we flag it from the outset.
Where do you operate?
On-site within 40 km of Poitiers, and remotely across mainland France. Interventions are by appointment: the address is administrative, with no walk-in reception.
Ready for a clear framework for your IT?
