How long does a diagnostic take?

The Fixery Diagnostic runs for 2 to 3 hours on site. You receive the prioritised report within 5 business days. It is fully deductible from your first month if you take out a Serenity plan within 30 days.

Do I have to commit long-term?

The Diagnostic and one-off interventions involve no commitment. The Serenity plans run over time (12-month term): maintenance and monitoring only make sense in the long run.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. On-site work is prioritised around Poitiers and the Vienne (about 40 km); support, audits and monitoring are delivered remotely across mainland France.
