A firm can’t afford to stop.
Or to see its data leak.
A day of production lost in the middle of tax-return season. A client file exposed. A backup everyone assumed was reliable, never actually restored. For a firm, every incident is paid for twice: in time, and in trust.
- Since 14 October 2025, Windows 10 is no longer supported: any workstation left un-migrated stays exposed for the long term.
- Cyber-insurers now expect multi-factor authentication, anti-ransomware supervision and backups that are genuinely tested.
- From 1 September 2026, the e-invoicing reform will apply to every business: an up-to-date, secured environment becomes essential.
These risks are real. They’re also avoidable — provided you act before, not after.

Three demands specific to your profession.
Accounting, payroll, audit review, advisory: your firm handles sensitive financial data every day, under the pressure of deadlines and confidentiality. Three priorities shape everything else.
Document security
Accounting, tax and payroll data: least-privilege access, hardened workstations, authenticated email and sound GDPR practices, so nothing leaks or gets lost.
Workstations that hold up
A team member shouldn’t lose an hour to a machine that stalls or crashes right on a deadline. We keep the fleet healthy, up to date and supervised.
Continuity of your business tools
Accounting and payroll production software, portals and cloud tools: access must stay open, and backups must be genuinely restorable.
Secure your data, keep your practice running.
Two workstreams run in parallel: protecting your financial data, and holding a stable working environment day to day. The scope stays explicit throughout — what’s included, what counts as a project, what falls outside.
Security & compliance
- Hardening of workstations and administrator access.
- Multi-factor authentication and authenticated, anti-spoofing email.
- Encrypted backups and restoration that is genuinely tested.
- Document security and sound GDPR practices, day to day.
Maintenance & support
- Fleet supervision and security updates.
- Support during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.
- Coordination with your business-software vendors.
- Clear documentation of your environment.
Your accounting and payroll production software — Sage, Cegid or equivalents — is supported within the agreed scope, in coordination with your vendors. Fixery doesn’t replace the vendor: we make the whole environment around it dependable.
Working together, securely.
A firm collaborates constantly — between partners, staff and clients. That collaboration should never come at the cost of your files’ security.
Controlled cloud & sharing
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, client portals, document sharing: access rights on a least-privilege basis, protected by multi-factor authentication. Everyone reaches what they need, and nothing more.
E-invoicing: getting ready for 2026
The move to mandatory e-invoicing, from 1 September 2026, calls for an up-to-date, secured environment. Fixery replaces neither your dematerialisation platform nor your software: we make everything around them dependable — up-to-date workstations, a secured connection, verified backups.
A partner for you — and for your clients
You already advise your clients on their tools. Few providers combine managed IT, cybersecurity and development under one roof — Fixery does. We’re glad to work alongside firms that want to point their own clients towards a dependable IT partner in Poitiers and the Vienne: a single point of contact for maintenance, security and development.

What firms ask us.
How do you secure our accounting and financial data?
Through defence in depth suited to a firm: least-privilege access, hardened workstations, authenticated email, encrypted backups and tested restoration, GDPR support. We never promise a risk-free setup, but a high, verifiable posture, maintained around your data.
Do you work with our production software (Sage, Cegid…)?
We maintain the workstations, the network and the backups, and we coordinate with your vendor. We don’t replace the software: we make the whole environment around it dependable, within the agreed scope.
Does the 2026 e-invoicing reform change my IT?
It makes an up-to-date, secured environment even more necessary. Fixery replaces neither your dematerialisation platform nor your accounting software; we make sure the workstations, the connection and the backups around them stay reliable.
Do you come on site in Poitiers?
Yes, by appointment, in Poitiers, across Grand Poitiers and the Vienne — within 40 km, then €0.70/km round trip. Much of the ongoing work is also done remotely, anywhere in mainland France. The address is administrative, with no walk-in reception.
What happens in the event of a blocking incident?
The incident is handled during business hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, with a handling priority set by your plan. The goal: restore access to your production tools as quickly as possible, within the scope covered by the contract.
Can you take over a fleet already managed by another provider?
Yes, after a Diagnostic. A disorganised environment may need bringing up to standard first; we say so from the outset, rather than discovering it along the way.
Let’s talk about your firm.
A short conversation is enough to frame your security and continuity needs — then, if useful, a Diagnostic to put facts behind the rest.
