We commit to what we control.
Your IT should never let you down — and genuine reassurance doesn’t come from sweeping promises. Too many providers claim absolute availability or “flawless” security. That’s untenable, and you know it. We prefer a verifiable framework: a high security posture, a reduced attack surface, predictable commitments within a defined scope.
What we promise, we deliver. What we can’t deliver, we don’t promise.
What we commit to.
Concrete, deliverable, verifiable commitments — written into the contract according to your plan and your scope.
An explicit scope
Before any work begins, what’s covered is set down in black and white: workstations, services, uses. No implicit scope, no surprises along the way.
A documented method
Diagnostic, scoping, supervision, review points: every step follows a clear method. You know what’s been done, and what’s still to do.
Security built in from the start
Hardening, multi-factor authentication, verified backups, least privilege: security is designed in from the outset, not bolted on afterwards.
Priority handling
During business hours, within the covered scope, critical incidents are handled as a priority according to your plan — without ever promising instant resolution.
Business hours
Unless stated otherwise in the contract, our response commitments run Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (Paris time), excluding public holidays. We imply no on-call arrangement or 24/7 cover that hasn’t been agreed.
Recurring, project, urgent, out of scope.
Every situation is distinguished in advance. It’s that clarity that prevents misunderstandings — and makes our commitments genuinely deliverable.
| Situation | What it covers | How it’s handled |
|---|---|---|
| Recurring | Maintenance, supervision, monitoring, routine support, regular checks. | Included in the plan, within the covered scope, during business hours. |
| Project | Migration, network overhaul, new site or application, significant change. | Scoped by a detailed quote and an explicit scope. |
| Urgent | A critical incident with a major impact on business continuity. | Priority scoping according to the plan, during business hours. |
| Out of scope | An undeclared, undocumented or non-standard environment. | Identified, documented, then scoped separately — reservation, additional cost or exclusion. |
Your backups: the right word.
A backup is only reliable once tested. We refuse to let you believe data is protected when it isn’t — each level is named for exactly what it is.
- Verified existing backups — we check that your current backups genuinely run.
- Backups managed by Fixery — we set them up and monitor them, according to the agreed scope.
- Off-site, encrypted backups — a protected copy held off-site, according to your contract.
- Tested restoration — we verify that critical data actually restores, rather than assuming it’s recoverable.
Coordinating suppliers and software vendors
We coordinate and assist your exchanges with operators, software vendors and hosts. This coordination is not full control over a third party’s timelines, nor a guarantee of results on infrastructure we don’t control — we make the connection, in full transparency.
A clean exit, prepared in advance.
A commitment must be able to end without a lock-in. Reversibility is prepared — it isn’t improvised at the moment of departure.
- Return of the documented items provided for in the contract.
- A list of the relevant access and services.
- A reasonable minimum handover to you or your new provider.
- A clear distinction between what remains your property and what belongs to third-party tools.
We don’t promise “total” reversibility if it isn’t genuinely documented: we prefer to state precisely what the handover covers.
Three active professional insurances.
Beyond method, Fixery operates within a complete insurance framework — concrete protection for your business as well as ours.
Professional liability
Covers bodily, material and consequential harm that our professional activity could cause to third parties.
Cyber insurance
Covers information-security incidents: handling the consequences of a cyber-attack and protecting your data.
Professional defence
Gives access to advice and representation in the event of a professional dispute: the assurance of a business run within a clear legal framework.
Scope is defined from the Diagnostic onward.
For our commitments to be accurate, we first need to know your environment. The Diagnostic sets that framework: what’s covered, what counts as a project, what falls outside scope.
€290 excl. VAT (€348 incl. VAT) · 2 to 3 hrs on-site · report within 5 business days
- An audit of your equipment, security and backups.
- A map of your risks and points to watch.
- Costed, prioritised recommendations: critical, important, useful.
- Fully deductible from your first month if you take out a Serenity plan within 30 days.
What extends our guarantees.
Our commitments rest on a documented security posture, a legible method and plans with a clear scope.

Do you offer a quantified availability commitment (SLA)?
We commit to priority handling during business hours and a high, verifiable, maintained security posture — not to absolute availability or the complete absence of vulnerabilities, which would be untenable. Precise commitments are defined in the contract, according to scope.
What do your guarantees actually cover?
The quality of the method, the clarity of the deliverables, security built in from the start, and predictable commitments within the covered scope. Anything outside that scope — projects, out-of-frame emergencies, undeclared hardware — is scoped separately.
Are you insured?
Yes: professional liability, cyber-risk insurance and legal protection. Three active covers — a mark of seriousness for demanding organisations.
Can I terminate cleanly if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. Any recurring engagement can end cleanly: return of the documented items provided for, a list of access, and a reasonable minimum handover. Reversibility is prepared, not improvised.
Do you guarantee an outcome?
We guarantee a rigorous method and serious means, not an absolute result. On third-party infrastructure we don’t control, we coordinate and make the connection, without standing in for the vendor or the operator.
A clear framework, from the very first conversation.
